About SVHCCA

The Salinas Valley Horseless Carriage Club of America (SVHCCA)

The Salinas Valley HCCA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation, conservation, and education of automobiles over 100 years old. We recognize the profound impact of the automobile on history and are committed to passing that legacy on to the next generation. We serve as a historical resource for our community in the Salinas Valley and beyond. We are a recognized region of the Horseless Carriage Club of America (HCCA)

A Rich History

The HCCA was founded in Southern California in 1937 by enthusiasts who recognized the need to protect early automotive history. Today, it is an international club with regional groups worldwide, specifically focused on pre-1916 vehicles.

Join the Fun

Founded in the 1970s, our local Salinas Valley chapter is a fun-loving, family-oriented group. You don’t need to own a vintage car to join the fun—we simply love driving, showcasing our historic vehicles, and meeting new people. We always have an empty seat waiting for you!
